Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what recent representations he has made to the Government of Cameroon on the shutdown of the internet in English-speaking areas in the south of that country.

The Government via our High Commission in Yaoundé is closely following the situation in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon. We are engaged with the Government of Cameroon and will continue to raise the shutdown of the internet in certain areas which has been ongoing for several weeks, with them.
