Really sad to hear that Hywel Francis has passed away. He was a really lovely man. Labour to his core but always friendly, particularly to other Welsh MPs, chatty, so intelligent and thoughtful. My condolences to his family.

@beyondthesenedd @WelshGovernment My parents are still waiting and my Dad is over 80. Meanwhile, my parents-in-law in England have had theirs, are they're in their 70s. The Welsh Govt really needs to pull their finger out!
