@corruptedHouse @KidRetuns Implying those burning buses weren't. Exactly my point.
@SimonCatRiley @philmccarroll It's not really the time. That's the point. We expressed that last week, made our positions clear. Tonight is about this violence.
@DougieJamison @SimonCatRiley @philmccarroll Sadly, so far we haven't been able to get that agreement. I'll continue to try.
@Andrew91281779 @StephenNolan @rtenews Because I was in a work meeting from 9am. I also made time before 9am for BBC Radio 4.
@alexwilson355 No. Try reading the tweets.
@StephenIrvine4 @Pogopatterson42 This unrest has been going on for days. Tonight it made its way to an interface which is what always happens. I have condemned all of it without reservation.
@AndyBelfast @Pogopatterson42 So, is it about the protocol? Or the funeral? You two don't seem sure? And explain how burning cars and buses and sending children out to attack the police changes either? Because all I see is self-destructive behaviour.
@Pogopatterson42 The PPS said there was no prospect of successful prosecution and set out clearly their reasoning. They are npw reviewing that decision with different senior counsel in response to a complaint. It isn't for any politician to second guess the outcome of that process.
@BuzzShite @Pogopatterson42 No. We aren't a unionist party and I don't have oversight of either the police or the PPS: both are entirely operationally independent of my Department. You need a reset, Buzz...
@trevorkirkwood Jeez, Trevor. I was quoting Arlene. And you're kind of making my exact point....
