Question
to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, which organisations collect subscriptions through the employers' payroll service in his Department and its agencies.
Answered by Stephen Hammond
The Department for Transport was formed in 2002 and consists of a central department and five executive agencies as follows:
Highways Agency (HA)

We have classified subscriptions as monthly payments that give an employee membership of an organisation; we have not included payments collected via payroll that are either charity donations or healthcare plans which are not classed as subscriptions.
