To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what plans his Department has to raise with the Polish Government concerns about Poland's Holocaust law; and if he will make a statement.

The Foreign Secretary discussed this issue with the Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs on 15 February. Our Embassy in Warsaw and officials in London have also discussed it with Polish Government officials.
