To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, if UK Export Finance officials conducting its review into support for Rolls-Royce will examine support beyond that referred to in the statement of facts agreed in the deferred prosecution agreement between Rolls Royce and the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) on 17 January 2017 and published by the SFO.

UK Export Finance is considering whether the information in the deferred prosecution agreements and statements of facts agreed by the Serious Fraud Office and other overseas investigating authorities with Rolls Royce, has any implications for existing support, or more widely. UK Export Finance is not able to repeat the Serious Fraud Office’s own criminal investigation into Rolls-Royce.
