@SBarrettBar @Kirsty_Brimelow Steven, I’m glad we’re on article 5 now. But you are also missing the point I was making. The bill removes all sorts of protections against detention. To say everything is fine as a writ of habeus corpus is available - well, I certainly don’t agree.
