To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what assessment she has made of which policy areas within her Department's remit will be affected by the outcome of the EU referendum.

The outgoing Prime Minister has been clear that the negotiation for Britain's future relationship with Europe will need to begin under a new Prime Minister, and we now need to look at all the detailed arrangements. In the meantime, Departments continue working to deliver the Government agenda.

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what assessment her Department has made of the potential effect of the outcome of the EU referendum on arrangements at the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The Government is determined to do everything possible to get the best deal for all parts of the United Kingdom and to make sure that Northern Ireland’s interests are protected.

I will work with the Irish Government on our close shared interest of keeping the open border for people and business.

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, what assessment she has made of the potential effect of a UK withdrawal from the EU on security in Northern Ireland.

The Government's view is that the UK will be stronger, safer and better off remaining in a reformed EU. ‘The best of both worlds’, published on 22 February, sets out how membership of the EU enhances our ability to co-operate with other EU Member States to combat crime and terrorism and keep all parts of the United Kingdom safe, including Northern Ireland.
