Financial worries have a negative impact on mental health. So the free and confidential services provided by Citizen Advice are needed now more than ever. I am delighted to know that these services have been secured for five more years! https://t.co/ZqJY4tr1bg
We need much better support for people with mental health problems before they are so ill that they spiral into crisis and need to go into hospital. Early intervention services are more important than ever as our hospitals are under huge pressure. https://t.co/kM9SdkGT8u
I am proud to support the #RightToRoam bill, published today. If access to countryside spaces is widened, local communities will reap exciting benefits from improved mental and physical health. https://t.co/8RuiLKRg7l

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of Monday 14 March 2022 to Question 119826, if he will specify (a) the source and sum of the funds allocated to the care providers and (b) the criteria for selection of the care providers.
Answered by Gillian Keegan
The information is not held in the format requested. Specialist care for children and young people from a non-white ethnic background with serious mental health problems is funded by local and national commissioners. Services are provided in the same way for people from all ethnic backgrounds and by a range of providers in England.
