Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :

To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, pursuant to the Answer of 27 January 2017 to Question 61497, if he will publish the estimate he has made of the cost to the public purse of pursuing the appeal to the Supreme Court in the case of R Miller and Dos Santos v the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union.

All costs related to the case have not yet been settled. Details of the total costs associated with the case, including the costs of the Supreme Court appeal, will be published in due course after they have been settled.
