Cyclists must take a road test, be Licensed and Insured to be on the road.

In light of the recent deaths involving cyclists causing harm or even death to pedestrian or themselves, please sign this petition so that it becomes a legal requirement to undertake a road safety test so to gain license and also have insurance like every other user on the roads.
