Immediately boost NHS funding by around £5bn a year from adding 1p to Income Tax

When my own 3-year-old broke his leg, the hospital said he needed a wheelchair but they could no longer afford them. Our 8-year-old son had to join a two year waiting list for an autism assessment. For the sake of all children in the UK, the NHS urgently needs more funding.
