Use Foreign Aid budget for the NHS, Adult Social care and the elderly.

The Foreign Aid budget currently stands at £13bn. This is far too high. We believe charity begins at home and that the Foreign Aid budget should be used for the NHS, Adult Social care and the elderly who have been the backbone of our country.
