Make Transplant patients Exempt from paying prescription charges

I have recently learnt after going to renew my exemption certificate that Transplant patients are not exempt despite the amount of drugs they have to take for this life threatening illness. I feel this is wrong when other illnesses such as diabetes are exempt.
