Issue an RAF centenary medal to all serving RAF personnel.

The RAF celebrates its centenary year in 2018 and given its illustrious past and its continued contribution to the safety and security of the United Kingdom, a centenary medal should be issued to all serving members of the RAF who achieve permanent service within the Royal Air Force during 2018.
