Abolish the House of Lords and replace it with an elected upper chamber

Our government is not able to make decisions based on the will of the people because it has to get backing and approval from the House of Lords, an unelected chamber that does not reflect the will of the people. True democracy means that we should be able to vote for all members of parliament.
