Social workers or Cafcass should have to record meetings with parents/children.

Currently caseworkers can deny making inappropriate comments, and there’s no way to uphold a complaint as a result. Requiring these meeting to be recorded will provide accurate evidence against the caseworker and likewise the caseworker would be supported if a vexatious case was made against them.
