Make it illegal to introduce car parking charges for common land car parks

With an increasing obese population charging to park by common land discourages the access to outdoor activities and discriminates the poorer. The maintenance of car parks in common land car parks should be covered by existing local taxes as it is for parks and children’s playgrounds .
