Prohibit MPs from heckling during PMQs and speeches in the House of Commons.

Recent debates in the House on our exit from the EU has been a democratic pantomime. MPs have been propagating their own agenda rather than listening to others (inc the PM). This is a disgrace, a national embarrassment, and a misrepresentation of the British public.
