Make it illegal for phone networks, to lock mobile phones to their networks.

Most networks in the UK lock their phones, and they can only be used with that network. This process is not customer friendly because you have to pay the contract regardless of whether you have the phone or not. In Norway and Canada the practices has now been made illegal.
