Investigate UHCW NHS Trust's actions replacing volunteers with private contracts

Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes deliver blood and other emergency supplies outside of regular working hours for the UHCW NHS Trust for FREE. Parliament needs to force the Trust to justify why they dropped this 1st class service in favour of a contract that will cost the NHS thousands.
