Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic condition. It can't be acquired by poor life choices. CF brings reduced life expectancy. Numerous daily drugs needed to survive. Many conditions entitle people to free prescriptions eg diabetes. CF doesn't qualify, ? as those with CF weren't expected to reach adulthood?
