Change Law to stop trucks/buses overtaking on dual carriageways and motorways.

The main issue is dual carriageways, which are completely blocked by 2 trucks passing, but disruption is also caused on motorways by unnecessary overtaking carried out by vehicles traveling at 60mph. Nothing is gained by the manoeuvre, but traffic can seriously back up behind and cause accidents.
