If Remainers win a majority of the vote in the European election, cancel Brexit

The UK is preparing to hold a European Parliamentary Election on 23rd May. If parties supporting remaining in the EU win a majority of the vote, leaving the EU will no longer be the will of the people; the government should then cancel Brexit and remain in the EU.
