Schools should start later so students can cut down on lack of sleep and illness

British school children are the 6th most sleep deprived in the world. Schools that start later halve student illness and improve academic scores so why aren't we doing anything? 25,000 accidents happen in school zones and I believe that letting students wake up later would improve this statistic.
