Make all public transport services recognise everyone under 18 as a child

The public transport fares are forever rising and for someone between the ages of 16 and 18 who are classified as ADULTS, by public transport companies it is extortionate. We are not legally adults in the eyes of the law so why should we be forced to pay adult fares when we are children!
