Give everyone on low incomes a free TV licence regardless of age.

Those on low income cannot afford Netflix Sky or other pay to view channels and rely on the TV licence to access TV channels. They will become increasingly isolated if they do not have some interaction of media and often the tv prevents loneliness which is not just an affliction of the elderly .
