Provide free TV for pensioners in hospital

In recent years it has become commonplace to charge hospital inpatients to watch TV. As many older people on low income spend longer in hospitals they rely on TV to keep in touch with the world events and to prevent boredom and misery whilst incapacitated through ill health.
