Lower the legal age to drive a car on the road from 17 to 16 years old.

We need to take a test to drive a car, we should reduce the required age to 16. If you take your driving test at 16 years old and you pass you can clearly drive safely. Also many 16 year olds go to college, reducing the age to drive would allow you to get there your self.
