Renew Tv licences every 3 years instead of yearly at the same price.

Reduce the costs of the Tv licence from yearly to every 3 years at the same price as a yearly Tv licence. While the Tv licence will never be free.. Moving the renewal from yearly to every 3 years will benefit more low income family's. Saving £300 to use on more vital essentials.
