In a nut shell; Communication Passports are a practical and person-centred way of supporting vulnerable children, young people and adults who cannot easily communicate themselves. Passports are a way of pulling complex information together and presenting it in an easy-to-follow document.

I strongly believe that it will improve the communication needs and wants of a child with additional needs in many ways not just the child but teachers, staff and parents.
Along side a PCP (personal communication passport) I want to make a recognised symbol to be used in conjunction with the PCP whether it be a sticker/land yard/bracelet/pin badge indicating when a child has an additional need(s) which highlights that the child has a personal communication passport please refer to and read.
