Some road users and passengers have become used to disgarding litter carelessly from vehicles, turning roadsides into linear land fills. Litter has become intolerable. Road side litter picking is difficult and expensive due to the danger, undergrowth and remoteness.

People in this country is confronted on a daily basis with litter. The evidence is everywhere. It is undeniable. This is not just an eyesore but can create hazardous driving conditions and also pollutes the enviroment and is a danger to wildlife. The problem is getting worse not better meaning that the current laws are not working and are being ignored. I harder deterhent is needed as requested.
