Require all private pumping stations to be adopted by water companies.

Legislation says only private pumping stations active prior to 1 July 2011 must be adopted by the local water company. Therefore water companies will not adopt younger stations until the legislation changes. Owners of pumping stations built after 2011 are therefore being descriminated against.
