All caravans travelling overseas should have proof of ownership validated.

Caravan theft is reaching epidemic numbers in the UK, with many never being recovered by being taken out of the country. More control needs to be put in place to halt this. Make the CRiS certificate the passport for a caravan, a requirement at booking and checked at departure with a passport.
