Increase the No of Bank Holidays we receive& bring in line with other countries

Other countries like Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland and Cyprus are getting 15 bank holiday day’s a year yet we in the UK only receive 8. The EU average is 12 days and we should be near this if not more.
