Reinstate Widowed Parents Allowance until children are age 18

it’s imperative that families like this continue to be supported financially until they reach the age of 18, prior to April 2017 all families had this support until their child’s 18th birthday. Families post the 2017 change in legislation are struggling financially, despite the deceased parent having paid national insurance contributions all their life.

Trying to find their new version of normal is hard enough without added financial strain.
