I am worried that there is little if an culpability in Educational settings who do not provide provision in section F of EHCP'S that is professionally recommended and funded by Local Authorities. Parents who receive direct payments have to prove use of funds, so should educational settings.

Even with legal documents that are supposed to help children overcome the barriers presented by Special educational needs and disabilities, Health and Care, the effort to ensure that provision is provided is persistent. There needs to be harsher incentives for those responsible for the receiving the funding and making sure it is spent wherebit is supposed to be.
