All UK fisheries to have dip tanks to stop the spread of KHV and other diseases

Fish diseases like KHV can destroy a fishery. All fish will die and the fishery could be shut down. By simply dipping all nets and weigh slings each time you visit a fishery. This will help eradicate this horrible disease. This needs to be law.
