Require all transport operators to offer child fares to anyone under 18, by law.

It is unfair that we have to pay the same travel fee as an adult even though we do not experience the same privileges as them. For example we are not allowed to buy alcohol. You are not legally considered an adult until you are 18 so it makes no sense to pay for an adult ticket at the age of 16/17.
