As a working single parent I have had very little maintenance recovery through the CSA. Now the CSA disbanded the government has instructed the agency to write off the debt, when they told us the debt is for life. lots of parents are now in this situation.

When the absent parent is non compliant the agency should use the powers they have to recover the debt, not write it off. Stop them clearing their caseload without permission from the owed parent.
