UK family court & private proceedings, very few are entitled to legal aid.Those with disabilities such as dyslexia who can’t obtain legal aid can be left to represent themselves.With no legal knowledge and learning disabilities that are compounded in stressful situations their cases are overwhelming

In education Dyslexics and alike are allowed a “scribe” in classes and exams.
Learning disabilities such as dyslexia should provide a gateway to obtain legal aid. If not then other forms of support such as a scribe at the very least to help individuals keep a track of proceedings
