I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease in February 2019. Within this time due to the incurable Autoimmune Disease, I have had a to take a lot of time off work and suffered with extreme pains. Also with the added pressure of prescribed medication, my aim is to get this petition to parliament.

Depression and Anxiety are also linked to people suffering with Crohns and colitis and i think it time for a change. Medical Exemption cards should be free with anyone suffering with this medical condition.
