We, the undersigned, call upon the Government to strip South Western Railway of the South Western franchise, and hand over the running of the franchise to TfL immediately. Commuters have endured months of misery through mismanagement of the franchise and unnecessary disruption - enough is enough.

A month of strikes in December, more strikes planned for March - constant disruption on mainline services, failure to invest... the reasons are endless as to why SWR must be stripped of the franchise - all elected representatives have to do is speak to a commuter in their constituency served by SWR to hear tales of woe and misery.
It's time elected representatives took action on this issue, stood up to SWR and hand the franchise over to TfL who will run the service properly.
