Compulsory random drug testing to protect children and vulnerable adults

I want a law brought in to protect children and vulnerable adults. I would like to make it compulsory for anyone working with children and vulnerable adults to be subject to random drug testing. This includes anyone involved in the care of a child or vulnerable person.

Something needs to change as the system seems to fail over and over again and children and vulnerable people are left at risk. I want the law to change to protect children and vulnerable people who interact with social services, carers and probation officers.
