Regulate charges billed by managing companies and easier ways for homeowners to control what those companies do and have a say in how they manage finances. Possibly introduce a cap on service charge or make sure they are not taking advantage of homeowners overcharging for services in the building

There is no regulation for these managing companies therefore they can charge fees for their charges that are made up so they can earn from it. The monthly fees charged for these services, which most of the time are not even performed during the year, are equivalent to a rent which make owning a house pointless at this point.
