Rather than borrow from the Government lets utilise these pension funds right now. Give business and individuals the choice to back themselves.

The Government will need to borrow to support every part of the economy and individuals/ families through these challenging times with the coronavirus. Many of us have pensions but are not able to access these and even at the age of 55 only 25% tax free. This is radical but allowing us to access 100% tax free right now will allow investment in business, continued tax receipts for Government, families to be fed, staff to keep their jobs, etc. It is a very good option.
