Monthly grants for all businesses & sole-traders/freelancers

The government cannot expect everybody to just claim Universal Credit. People's livelihoods have ended and monthly grants should be awarded to anybody who has a business bank account. Sole-traders should not be precluded from grants in a time of national crisis.

This should be done because the government has left this sector of people out in the cold and they are telling such businesses to get into debt by taking out loans backed up by the government. Why should this sector of people be given the cold-shoulder just because they operate their concerns from their homes or as a sole-trader entity?
