Court rulings that children can see parents with a history of abuse unsupervised could put a child at risk and put stress on the other parent who has to let their child see them. It can make the good parent feel guilty. People with a history or abuse, no matter how severe, should not be allowed time with children alone. Too many children are being abused, many of whom keep it quiet or are too young to tell anyone. It needs to stop.
