Remove the requirement for a section 30 order to hold an Independence Referendum

Scotland should be able to decide its own future without the veto of the UK Parliament. I believe that the will of the Scottish People if expressed in the Scottish Parliament should be able to hold an Independence Referendum, without the approval of Westminster
