Housing Associations are in receipt of Government housing grants as well as rents, and are discharging the responsibility of Local Authorities to provide a basic human right - shelter. I believe they should not be doing anything other than building and managing homes, and should be prevented from using money for other purposes, such as grants funding the arts, sports, education projects or food banks.
